Stall Holder Information

The Potters Market is part of the Mansfield Pottery Festival.

Potters Market Location and Time:

Saturday 8 March 2025, 9am – 2.00pm (Saturday of the Labour Day Weekend)

The Potters Market is an outdoor market located in the central median strip of High Street, Mansfield.

Time of Set up is from 7.00am to be ready for opening at 9.00am. Bump out not before 2.00pm. Staying longer is ok.

Each stall will be numbered at the start of each stall area.

Layout of the Market will depend on the sizes stall-holders have supplied us. Stall sites are generally 4m x 4m.

What Stall-holders need to bring and set-up rules:

Stall-holders to provide own tables, display items, gazebos, umbrellas.

Gazebos and umbrellas are to be secured by weights at least 20kgs on each leg, these are to be supplied by stall-holders.

No stakes/tent pegs are to be hammered into the ground as per Council Regulations.

Alternative indoor Market venue:

Keeping our fingers crossed that we will not need to use the Wet Weather Option, but if so it is located close by at the Mansfield Sporting Complex at the football oval. You will be advised prior if there is a change to the Market site and help with directions on the day.

If due to weather we move to an inside venue and then the sites are only 3m x 3m. Your gazebo, umbrella and tables must fit strictly within these limits.

Parking, Loading & Unloading:

There will be parking spaces cordoned off with witches hats on entering High Street for unloading, alternatively you can drive onto the Median Strip with hazard lights on and no faster than 5mph to unload and once unloaded move to the all day car park between Subway and Mansfield Real Estate in High Streets. Car Parking in High Street is a 2-hour limit and strictly enforced.

At the end of the day and when you wish to pack up, please advise one of the co-ordinators so that they can place a witches hat to reserve a parking space close to the median strip.

Handy to know:

There are sufficient Rubbish Bins on the median strip. Therefore no rubbish is to be left behind.

Free public water fountains are located within the Market site.

Public Toilets are located at the 1st Roundabout coming into town opposite the Delatite Hotel.
